I like this app, BUT….

OK, this app has a lot going for it. Especially with so many YouTube apps missing the mark on multiple points.
This one syncs with your YouTube account. So access to your Playlists, History, etc. are included. Yay!!
BUT, where’s the actual “Fullscreen” mode guys??!?
The app has a “Theater mode” which expands the video window a bit. And it has a “fullscreen” mode for the app window. But the actual video will not go into full screen mode. So for example, if you are watch training videos with desktop screenshots, even in 1080p setting, the text is not clear on a non-retina display. And if you got a retina display, the text is so tiny it’s also made fairly useless.
Basic “Fullscreen” mode is common in every browser. Needs to be added here, guys.
Also, seriously needs the ability to have the screen "stay on top”. Currently, if you click outside the app window on your desktop, the screen immediately goes away. The only work-around is to open the apps “Preferences" box and leave it open in the background. This allows the viewing screen to stay open too.
Add these basic functions and I’ll gladly give it a 5-Star rating.
