GoVid for YouTube App Reviews

Perfect. Just what I was looking for. I always listen to youtubes playslists to work. And leaving Chrome open for example consumes too much CPU/RAM. This is a very lightweight app which does its job just perfectly.

I didnt even test this App cause it does not have an AirPlay feature...

I dowloade the application 5 times and every time when i tried to open it it frozed and each time I had to restart my Mac. I REALLY WANT THAT PROGRAM…and I wrote an email to Fiplab twice and got no answers. So, I don’t even give them ONE STAR

Pretty good overall. Provides the same as the web experience as far as I can tell but provides quicker access by having it in the menu bar at the top of the screen. Very quick to get in and out of the app itself but this first build feels a bit clunky and choppy when scrolling through recommendations or comments in comparison to the actual website. Let’s see if the devs can optimise the next version.

It does everything you need to do on YouTube. That’s great. Although, I wish it had tabs. Like a browser would. Only then would I fully switch to this app.

Fast response and fast acces to youtube when you want to find something now! Hope there won be any add or else it won’t be fast anymore!!! Still testing it...

When i try the full screen it won’t work and some times crashes but otherwise its fast browsing

I just downloaded this app and I really like it! It literally functions like YouTube on the web, except I don’t have to open a browser :) However, I am unable to view the video in fullscreen mode — the only option I can use is “theatre mode” which is honestly a little annoying (who even uses theatre mode?!) Please please please add in a fullscreen option! I’ve checked the settings in the app in case I missed something but there isn’t anything I can do to fix this! Other than that, this app is great and I recommend it to everyone! Oh yeah, I’ve just thought of another thing — it would be a sweet feature if we could choose to get notifications when somebody comments on our videos or when someone replies back to our comments!

Keeps track of favorites and opens without having to go to browser. Will update review as app develops.

this app is sweet. if you use youtube for music playlists, this app is great for playing them in the background.

An awesome app to watch youtube on, great features, easy to use, and you don’t have to use safari. SWEET ;-)

Weeks ago, I sent the devs an e-mail describing numerous persistent UI and stability issues. And now they finally release an update…and its ONLY item is a change to the LOGO. Really?! Are you kidding me?! This is what youve been working on?!

do all what the real website does, except for show in fullscreen sometimes. i recommend.

can not stream as the app in iphone…

MAC Tube was better because I could create list and save my searches….. It’s like using Utube… it’s OK but there has to be better…. KODI is better…. it’s free… I would pay for a better version that was more robust….

Love this app. Auto start stop is one of the most useful features that made be stop using my browser and switch to Go for YouTube.
